- Прежде всего, нужно подтвердить ваше отображаемое имя. Ваш официальный провайдер WhatsApp Business может сделать это во время настройки вашего бизнес-аккаунта WhatsApp в Facebook Business Manager. Этот шаг очень важен для создания сертификата. В противном случае, клиент WhatsApp Business API не будет работать.
- Сохранить номер телефона, который уже указан в заявке на WhatsApp Business, возможно. Однако необходимо удалить старый аккаунт, привязанный к этому номеру. Только после этого инициируется привязка данного номера к WhatsApp Business API. Процесс переноса номера телефона описан здесь. Пока вы переносите номер, все поступающие в этот момент входящие сообщения будут храниться на серверах WhatsApp и будут доставлены после того, как перенос завершен.
С этого момента пути назад нет. Существующие чаты (история переписки) не могут быть импортированы после того, как номер был привязан к API, требуется реконфигурация настроек профиля. Ваш старое приложение WhatsApp Business больше не сможет использоваться. - Номер привязан к WhatsApp Business API.

Не важно, использовался ли номер телефона в прошлом или он используется сейчас. Если у вас есть доступ к этим номерам, попробуйте осуществить это действие, прежде чем начать регистрацию на Business API.
- Возьмите мобильное устройство (iOS/Android) и установите сим-карту.
